Booking Terms And Conditions
MyChauffeur is a licensed private hire vehicle operator. As such, we only accept booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel directly from our customers/passengers. Our chauffeurs are not licensed to accept a booking request. Please only book via our website, www.mychauffeur.pro
The contract for all bookings is between the customer/passenger (i.e: the company or person booking and paying for the transport service) and MyChauffeur LLC.
MyChauffeur LLC is responsible for both accepting the booking and the provision of the transportation services.
All online bookings require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice.
Online bookings are strictly subject to availability and a manual confirmation from us.
Upon initial online booking, you will receive an automated email regarding your booking instruction, however your booking is ONLY confirmed once we check and confirm all details.
Once checked, we will confirm and email an official confirmation setting out all aspects of your booking.
Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to MyChauffeur LLC.
MyChauffeur LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking with a passenger. All bookings are subject to availability.
Quotations, deposits, and payments
All services are payable before execution, the reservation cannot be made only after receipt of the total price of the service, with the remaining balance due when undertaking the booking, the balance must be paid before the departure date.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges unless agreed in advance when confirming your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if any invoices are outstanding for payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Any modification or cancellation by the customer in the context of a rental of a passenger vehicle with driver before departure will result in the collection of the following costs:
— Cancellation + 96 hours before the date of departure: 0% of the total amount of the trip.
— Cancellation 96 hours before the departure date: 70% of the total amount of the trip
— Cancellation 48 hours before the departure date or after the scheduled departure date: 100% of the total amount of the trip.
No Shows
If the customer does not show at the time and place designated as the pickup point and as per official booking confirmation, then, the full cost of the booking and any waiting time shall be charged and paid by the customer.
General terms and conditions
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual.
You will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances not under our control, including road traffic accidents, breakdowns etc.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them, and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
We may provide subcontracted vehicles when necessary to provide a quality service.
By supplying your email address you permit us to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations, including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at ANY TIME if at all necessary for reasons beyond our control.
Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
All vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims.
However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk, and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
We will keep a lost property book at our office, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
We and our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
We maintain a strict no smoking, drinking or eating policy in all our vehicles.
Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, where there may be an additional surcharge.
Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a public holiday or on any other special date.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
We will always ultimately try to provide the best possible service and to exceed your chauffeuring experience.
If you feel that our service is not to the usual high standards set by us, please contact us as soon as possible in order to investigate and rectify any issues you may have.
It is your responsibility to allow enough time to be at the location that you wish for us to drop you off to.
We will gladly advise you on approximate journey times, but this is only an estimate based on good traffic conditions and our previous experience.
No booking is confirmed without an official confirmation from MyChauffeur LLC.
It is your responsibility to ensure ALL DATES & TIMES ARE CORRECT.
Errors and Omissions Excepted, these Terms & Conditions may be updated as necessary.
